Neurology group of 7 Neurologists and 4 APPs in central Maryland near
Washington DC. We are seeking a professional with Masters in Information Technology Management or Computer Science and 3 months of job experience or Internship experience in the domain of computer user support or related will be accepted.
Responsibilities:
– Analyze the overall performance of existing computers.
– Able to comprehend medical terminologies and workflows.
– Provide support to staff regarding electronic medical records software-related queries.
– Provide support to staff regarding VoIP software-related queries.
– Provide support to staff regarding Scheduling software-related queries.
– Able to interpret technical manuals and install new equipment.
– Manage user support tasks on user support software
