Helena Brader is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in Neurology, dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care at both the Frederick and Germantown office locations.
Helena earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, and went on to pursue her graduate education at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where she completed her Physician Assistant training and graduated at the top of her class. Before pursuing her graduate studies, Helena spent several years gaining hands-on clinical experience working alongside the neurologists at this very practice — giving her a deep familiarity with the team, the patient population, and the high standard of care that defines the practice.
Helena is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients. She believes that every patient deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered in their own healthcare journey. Whether addressing complex neurological conditions or guiding patients through new diagnoses, she is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients have a voice and a trusted partner to listen to their concerns.
