NEUROLOGY PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Leila Jahromi is a nationally certified physician assistant (PA). Physician assistants are medical providers who diagnose illness, develop and manage treatment plans, prescribe medications, and often serve as a patient’s principal healthcare professional in collaboration with physicians. Physician Assistants can practice medicine in every specialty and setting. Trusted, rigorously educated and trained healthcare professionals, PAs are dedicated to expanding access to care and transforming health and wellness through patient-centered, team-based medical practice.

Ms. Jahromi has previously practiced medicine in Iran before moving to the US. She completed her master of science in biology and then earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants and worked at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital prior to joining the CNS team.

Ms. Jahromi currently sees outpatients at Comprehensive Neurology Service’s Germantown clinic and inpatients at Germantown Holy Cross Hospital, MD.
